Welcome to The Designers' Downtown Market!  Those of you who already know us from The Crafter's Flea Market will be happy to know that we are still putting on the same great open air arts and crafts market as always.  After more than two years and nine successful markets under The Crafter's Flea Market name, we found that both our shoppers and vendors had evolved over time.  We feel that Designers Downtown Market better reflects our vendors and tells our customers more accurately what they can find at one of our markets.  As Raleigh grows, we want to grow with it!

Our markets feature fine locally made arts and crafts with an outdoor big city feel.  Our vendors showcase some of the finest handcrafted arts and crafts in the area: jewelry, pottery, apparel, stained glass, paper crafts and more!  Every show is different, with new artists and craftspeople coming in every event.  Peruse the vendor list below to find out who will be at the upcoming Market.  Hope to see you there!

Feedback for the Crafter's Flea Market:

"I've been meaning to drop you a note to thank you for the last Crafter's Flea Market...it turned out to be one of the best shows I've ever done...I'm looking forward to the next show."

- Lori from Loriola for Isabel's Rose

"At the crafter's flea market I am able to get really unique items. What's better than spending a few hours looking at jewelry, bags, cards, and other items that have been handmade by your friends and neighbors? It's also an excellent place to be inspired and share ideas."

- Shira Easley

"The Crafter's Flea Market is one of my favorite local shows, because there's always an easy-going vibe among the artists and shoppers. Thank you for organizing the Markets and helping Raleigh's local artisan scene to grow and thrive."

Jenni Moore Myers, milk&honey

"Thank you so much for providing a fun venue for us to showcase our arts...Every vendor seemed to provide a different signature style of craft even though there were 40 of us there. I enjoyed making some new crafting friends...I enjoyed seeing customers grab my extra findings that I had not used. I think they found great new homes."
